Am I the only person who is plagued by recurring shopping dreams/nightmares? A good dream is that I am at a fantastic estate sale and everything is priced low. The more frequent nightmares consist of overcoming terrific odds and still trying to shop. The dream usually begins at a great estate sale in a basement, I am scooping up as much as I can carry and the basement starts to flood, catches fire, scary people come in, etc... I wake up in the morning exhausted, yet with a mean hankering to go junk shopping. I need help.

Yes, I have had several fantasy estate sale dreams, as has my mom, and even my husband!
Our dreams always consist of us finding huge collections of amazing pristine condition vintage items for cheap, cheap prices!
Yet, thankfully I have never had a scary estate sale dream! -Lulu

Ahh, so familiar!! I just had my first thrifting dream-that-turned-into-a-nightmare. I was in Europe and found a great thrift store and was amassing quite a few treasures. This was the lovely part of the dream. Then I realized with the exchange rate, these treasures were going to cost a fortune! And then a fellow thrifter started following me around and trying to take my finds! What does it mean?
