Fisher Price Little People

I just love our collection of Fisher Price Little People, and they are celebrating their 50th Birthday this year. We keep these little guys in a gum ball machine, but I'm always trying to figure out a better way to utilize their cuteness.

I have quite a collection too-- I love the fact you collect multiples of figures though- I collect the sets- I have the castle, village, farm, garage, schoolhouse to name a few-- all in storage- want to have a display space for it all- a big display space!

Swooooooon! Get those little wooden people of cuteness out of the gumball machine! Oh, how I adore them...What nostalgia. My first favorite toys!!! The barn and school bus were where I lost myself for years....

I have the last one (the blonde) wearing a red dress, I've had it since I was tiny & it's one of my favorite childhood possessions... I love how you have them all lined up-- I can't believe how many you have!

In a gum ball machine? Charming!
I love the old ones--rumor has it that I used to "cook" with them in my play kitchen as a child--scaring my mom into fearing I'd be a cannibal someday. No worries though, all in good creative fun.
I adore the woman in the white ruffle. She was always my favorite.

Great collection. I always liked the one that I called "the Bully". He is the one with the red hat and mean expression. He was the brunt of all school bus crashes, cow and horse stampedes and was often pushed off the top of the barn. I guess it was good that I took out my aggressions on these little people instead of the real ones around me...;o).

Take care,
Kitsch Krafts

So, this must be the best selling toy of all time because I think we all had them and loved them! My kids loved the farm and the door that mooed. I think we still have it somewhere. Oh, thanks for the happy little memories sparker! You're so good at that.

Those are way beyond cute. I think they look charming in a gumball machine. I had a fourth grade teacher who was a dead ringer for the lady with the blue body and yellow hair. I found it distracting.

Love the people! My brother and I spent many happy hours playing with them. (: The farm was my favorite. Don't forget about the date change for Grayslake -- it's the third weekend this month. xo -- Sandy/rhubarb reign

Ha! I LOVE those guys!
And I love your style as well. I'm going to have to beg my mama for our old little people. Who could be in a bad mood with those around?
