Shopping On Ice
School is out for winter break this Friday, so I only have five days left to get all of my shopping done. Unfortunately, everything is covered in ice this morning and we are expecting a snow storm tomorrow. I think I will put on cozy socks and shop from my computer.

That does sound like a great idea. All cozy, warm, and push that button. I think it all looks better on the computer screen, also. Not dug through, tossed around, unfolded. Much better. Happy shopping! ~PJ
we're braving the ice tonight--have had a sitter scheduled for a week, so there's no backing out!!!
I've done almost all my shopping that way this year and I must say that IT IS WONDERFUL! Just click click click...and then the UPS man starts stopping by. I guess it takes me back to my childhood when I longed to get packages in the mail!
What fun pictures! I wish I could stay home when the weather is bad!
Hi Linda,
What a nice & happy blog you have! Like your ice skating maven's on this post very much!
Do have a feeling you will get it all completed before Christmas!

brrr...i say find your crazy socks and do it from the computer. i got all of my shopping done last weekend...now i have to worry about all the baking! :)
It's not icy here but dreadfully cold, the kind of cold that you shouldn't be outside for longer than two or three minutes... just long enough to get into the store! Shopping via computer sounds like a fine idea indeed.
I did almost all of my shopping from the computer this year. Even had them do the wrapping and send it directly so no standing in line at the post office. Why haven't I done this before? I still have a lot to wrap for everybody here, but the far away folks are pretty much done. I have to finish my Christmas cards, then baking then wrapping. But, the baking and the wrapping are the fun parts! Stay cozy and warm!
Christmas is love pass it on..stop by and pick up logo...xxoo Denise
