Our kids have been visited by so many magical gift givers, The April Fool leaves them a gag gift on April 1st, a leprechaun leaves them gold and green gifts on St. Patrick's Day, Uncle Sam on the 4th of July and of course, Santa, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy visit. Valentine's Day is of obviously when Cupid comes to our home. Cupid always finds it very difficult coming up with a Valentine gift for Deke, there are a limited number of red action figures out there.
We will certainly begin our Valentines Day with heart shaped chocolate chip pancakes and strawberries and pink strawberry milk. Do you have any Valentine's traditions?

Yummm! Can I come over for breakfast?
Happy Valentines Day!
Miss Linda~ Each year Hubby and I dip strawberries and roll them in different toppings then gift them. I hunt and gather many unique containers to package them in. This year they'll go in champagne flutes with a red heart cutout in the stem of the glass. I've posted a photo on my blog of the berries with our traditional dessert...Napoleons.
Sweet Wishes,
Sara
Every year my husband and I tell each other the same stories. That nobody celebrated Valentine's day up here until the end of the 80-ties. We know a whole bunch of people who really don't know what this is all about and they are always talking and complaining about the presents and we think it is very funny to imitate them...It sounds weird. It probably is weird...but it works for us. We celebrate 30 years being together this spring!
I know it is a little embarrassing but I wanted to Thank every one and honor them by sharing their blogs...because I am so thankful....
I just posted a cute little typewriter print to download for collage if you want...Happy Valentines to you!
PS I have been hanging out at your blog for two days listening to the fun music...when I am on line. I feel so 40's....french.
Last year it was so fun at the Oscars when the actress that played Edith won..I posted her acceptance speech on my blog.

I don't ... but now I'm thinking of starting some!! :D
You sound so terribly sweet at your house:)
We don't really have Valentine traditions but we do enjoy the day like a holiday. We try to do something fun if we can but not usually the same thing.
I will tell you... long before Easter arrives... we are secret Easter bunnies to some families that we know! I've already started gathering our goodies and eggs.
