Bye-Bye Babies

It's time to say goodbye to some of my little chairs. Our home is bulging at the seams, and I simply can't talk Gar in to a bigger house, so I need to reduce the contents of our current home. Over the next few weeks I plan on being cutthroat with my collections, yikes it's awfully difficult. I know it's just stuff, and I shouldn't be emotionally attached to these things, but I am. I don't want to end up on Oprah as a person living under piles and piles of stuff, so it's time! If you would like to provide a good home for one of my chairs, you can visit my Etsy shop. Check back for more of my treasured items (boohoo, sob, waaaah).

You're very brave. I hate getting rid of stuff.
I'll sit next to you on Oprah.

You are truly brave but securing yourself an Oprah-intervention free future is important. Carry on.

It's hard to get rid of stuff that felt like such a find and a treasure.

My mom and I talk about that Oprah with the hoarder ALL THE TIME. It's our point of reference for "you've gone too far."

Oh no! Not the chairs! I love the chairs! Where will the fairies sit when they visit? You are my little chair collecting sistah.

I have had to stop collecting, because I hate to get rid of everything to. I always say they are my children's college funds. But my husband says their only collectibles to others who want to collect them.

I know the feeling...I've got Easter inventory that needs to find a new home. I've got family coming this summer. Something tells me they won't want to share their pillows with all the bunnies stored in the guestrooms.

Happy Mothers Day!

Sweet wishes,
Sara

P.S. Do you or your followers know what happened to Kristen's at somethin for nothin (blog)?

I could use a little clean sweep too. It may be painful at first but I always love how it feels after lightening my load.
