Grass

Our blizzard warning was cancelled at 4:30 am, much to Deke's chagrin. We are supposed to get another big winter storm tomorrow on top of the foot plus snow already on the ground. Ugh, I am so over winter! I have started crops and crops of indoor grass to remind us all of nature and color. Nothing lifts the spirits more than the smell of fresh cut grass, and I can't wait to start trimming my pots of grass.

Know who else loves "indoor grass"?
Cats!
If you have one, he'll 'help' you trim it...

Stay warm Linda.
Thankfully you have brought some of the outdoors in so you can tend to an indoor garden!!

Brrrrr . . . sounds like it's time to throw another log on the fire and curl up with a good book. It's suppose to get a bit nippy here tonight also.

Stay warm,
Teresa

With my luck, any indoor grass would probably get molehills in it.

Oh, great idea! Can you find wheat grass from the grocery store while you're waiting? I like instant gratification.
