I love guacamole--but alas! Won't serve any at MY party because I'm having kids and moms who are orphaned and widowed on this day--and we only serve kid-friendly fare like pizza (cheese) and jello squares and rice krispie treats. Cool facts!
Linda, were you a researcher in a former life? You amaze me with facts. You always have them. Even on things you don't like. :)
In all your things, do you happen to have for sale a 2 or 3 ring notebook with fabric cover? Can't be plastic. I'm desperate for one, and I'm lousy at shopping. thanks, PJ
hi linda ! i WILL be watching only cause the arizona cardinals have finally made it this year and soo as a arizonian now i have to root for the underdogs to win !!! great and interesting facts !!! TFS !

I enjoyed your photos more than I would the Super Bowl! ~Lori
Once again, your trivia is fascinating... I love info like that.
I watched the "wardrobe malfunction" when it happened but I didn't really see anything... I think most people didn't. They made a big deal out of something little. You know what I mean.
Are you also a librarian? I can't tell by your book shelving method, but your ability to research so many topics and provide such pictures and interesting tidbits make me think you are fooling us all and that you really live and slave away 23 hours a day in a dungeon library somewhere forced by an evil BlogLand Queen or Witch or Lordess to create this beautiful blog so that she can claim it as her own. Aha! Your real name is not Linda is it? I will send you a file in piece of art (as soon as I can figure out how to work one in) so that you can break out of there and come work for me. I will not put you in a dungeon.
Another great read, "Linda"!

Great facts, especially about the guacamole! I'd be happy to contribute to that one.
We did our part with serving and eating guacamole. My daughter in law made seasoned pull pork. Which we ate with tortillas and all the trimmings. Yup,it was delish! I enjoyed watching the puppy bowl, but read a book in between. My fam really gets into the game. I don't get it...it really seems redundant to keep running back and forth to the same spot, carrying that small odd shaped ball. They can do that over and over and..... but, I bet not one of them can find the strength to put the lid from an up position to a(fourth) down position! Hmmm, maybe we should wrap the toilet lid in pigskin. Slam dunk! Oops that's a whole different game. LOL!
Sweet wishes,
Sara
